How can I participate in an auction?
Visit the auctions page on our website, register, deposit seriousness insurance, then participate in the auction either in person or electronically.
Are auctions officially licensed?
Yes, all our auctions are conducted under Ministry of Justice license and supervised by relevant regulatory bodies.
What is the cost of real estate valuation services?

Do you serve outside Riyadh?
Yes, we cover the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, and all major cities.
How long does company liquidation take?
It ranges from 6 months for small companies to 2-5 years for complex companies, depending on asset size and judicial procedures.
Is pre-auction inspection available?
Yes, we set an announced inspection period before each auction, during which the asset and its documents can be inspected.
What are the bidding fees?
A seriousness deposit (usually 5-10% of asset value) is deposited at registration. It is refunded to losers and counted towards the price for the winner.
Do you accept installment payment?
In some auctions yes, depending on asset nature and seller decision. This is announced in the terms booklet before the auction.
How is ownership transferred after winning?
After paying the full amount, we help you with ownership transfer procedures through notary public or relevant authorities, with full documentation.
